The sun is shining in my town. Spring is coming; it can be felt in the air. In Kotor, that can mean only one thing – festive occasions! Even though, everything is different this year, something remains the same: the town has “disguised itself” and, still, shines in all its beauty. Colourful like this, it only spreads positive energy… And I am not noticing it is empty.
